Shipping Policy
Pack Food 2 Go offers several methods of delivery. We have our own delivery network that operates within and around the M25 area. For orders outside of these zones, we either use parcel couriers or palletised courier services. We have different terms for each service, please see below.
Orders Within Our Delivery Network
We are proud to offer free delivery for orders within our delivery zone. This is generally a next day delivery service, however please allow up to three days for delivery in case of any issues out of our control.
In Central London we generally have no minimum order requirements and endeavour to offer next day delivery to everyone, however in some cases some smaller orders (under £100) may take a day or two longer to arrive.
We reserve the right to hold any delivery that falls below any minimum order requirement for any specific delivery zone.
Orders Sent By Parcel Courier
Orders Over £150.00 [Excluding VAT] [UK Mainland]
Standard shipping is FREE on orders over £150.00 exclusive of VAT to the UK Mainland (Not including Scottish Highlands and certain rural addresses)*.
While we aim to supply a stellar delivery service at all times, there may on occasion be a slight delay, so generally allow up to 3 days. We will do our utmost to contact you should any delays arise.
Free delivery is for UK mainland only; it does not apply to Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, Southern Ireland, Isle of Man and all offshore Isles.
Orders Under £150.00 [Excluding VAT]
Shipping costs are calculated based on total number of parcels and total weight of the parcels. In the UK Mainland, for a consignment up to 20kg there is a charge of £9.00 + VAT and £0.41 per kg above 20kg.

Please Note: Our checkout system will calculate all accurate charges for you before you purchase. The shipping cost calculated at the checkout stage is the most accurate and up to date cost.
Delivery Terms
It is the customer’s responsibility to be available when your order is due for delivery. It is essential to arrange to have your order delivered to an address where someone will be present to receive it. Packages are usually delivered the next working day after receipt of payment.
The delivery service is based on a 1-3 working day service:
- Orders placed before 2pm Monday to Thursday (courier delivery) will be delivered within 1-3 working days
- Orders placed before 5pm Monday to Thursday (our delivery network) will be delivered within 1-3 working days
- Orders placed before 3pm on Friday will be delivered the following week
For UK mainland, we endeavour to provide a next day delivery service as long as you order within the correct time restrictions. Please note that although this service is generally reliable, IT IS NOT GUARANTEED and no specific delivery time is stipulated.
All our services are trackable. If you call us we will be happy to supply you with the tracking details of your parcel.
Our usual delivery service operates Monday to Friday. Our couriers can deliver on a Saturday, but it is a premium service at extra cost and not quite as reliable. Please contact us if you require a Saturday delivery and we will be happy to help.
Please note some UK destinations are too remote to receive a 1-3 day service. Please check whether your postcode is able to receive deliveries before placing an order.
No deliveries will be made on Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year’s Day and bank holidays.
Important Delivery Information
Pack Food 2 Go contracts a third party for deliveries. Although we endeavour to achieve our 1-3 day delivery service, we cannot be held responsible for:
- Hub or depot breakdowns
- Vehicle breakdowns
- Extreme weather conditions
- Acts of malicious or terrorist incidents
- Any other unforeseen occurrences that delay or affect your delivery
Please order in plenty of time for vital deliveries.
Our third party deliveries are contracted only to deliver to the customer’s threshold (door) — not to any specific area within the property. Any order refused because the driver will not carry items beyond the threshold will not be accepted and will be liable for return postage. A £25 administration fee will be incurred as the delivery company will have fulfilled their contract.
Any parcel that appears damaged upon delivery must be signed for as damaged. Do not sign parcels as unchecked — no claims for damages can be made at a later date.
Please report any problems with your order within 48 hours of receipt.
*Free UK Mainland Delivery
To qualify for free UK mainland delivery, your order must be over £150 excluding VAT.
